The days of long-drawn out processes with technology mystery surrounding them are over.  To some extent everyone today is a technologist as app's and databases drive everyday life.  So with our customers being more tech savvy, we involve them in as much of our process as we can and keep work to shorter timespans to deliver focus, better control leading to results that are more achievable and  celebrated.
